1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of ZestBook.site and the website-related services offered through it. By submitting a request, providing property information, using a website created through ZestBook.site, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
If you are acting on behalf of a hotel, resort, homestay, guest house, hostel, villa, serviced apartment or another eligible accommodation property, you confirm that you have authority to provide its information and request services for that property.
2. About ZestBook.site
ZestBook.site is an accommodation-focused website service managed by Rablik Private Limited. It helps eligible stay properties establish an online presence, including through a free website option, and may also offer Premium website services for properties that need greater customization, control or additional capabilities.
3. Property Eligibility
The service is intended for genuine accommodation businesses such as hotels, resorts, homestays, guest houses, hostels, villas, serviced apartments and similar stay properties.
We may decline, pause or remove a request or website where we cannot reasonably verify the property, the information appears misleading, the content is unlawful or inappropriate, the request falls outside the intended accommodation category, or continuing the service may create legal, security or operational risk.
4. Free Website Service
Eligible properties may request a free ZestBook.site website without a website development fee. A free website is intended to provide a practical starting online presence and may include property information, room or stay options, photographs, amenities, location, contact details and other essential guest-facing information.
The free service does not mean that every custom design, feature, integration, domain, third-party service or future requirement is included without charge. The scope of the free website is determined by ZestBook.site's standard free offering at the time the website is created or updated.
5. Property Information, Photos & Content
You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is accurate, current and authorized for use. This includes property names, descriptions, room information, amenities, prices where supplied, policies, addresses, phone numbers, photographs, logos and other materials.
- You must have the right to provide and use the submitted content.
- You must not submit misleading, infringing, unlawful or deceptive content.
- You should tell us when important property information changes so that an update can be requested.
You grant Rablik Private Limited and ZestBook.site permission to host, format, resize, reproduce and display the submitted materials as reasonably necessary to create, operate, update and promote the property's website and related ZestBook services.
6. ZestBook.site Subdomains
A free property website may be published on a ZestBook.site subdomain such as propertyname.zestbook.site. Requested subdomain names are subject to availability, suitability and our naming rules.
A ZestBook.site subdomain remains part of the ZestBook.site platform. Use of a subdomain does not transfer ownership of the ZestBook.site domain or create a permanent right to a particular subdomain independent of the service.
7. Check Availability / Book on ZestBook
Property websites may include a “Check Availability / Book on ZestBook” action intended to help guests move from property discovery towards availability checking or booking through ZestBook.
The presence of this action does not itself guarantee that booking functionality, inventory or availability will be active for every property at all times. Booking-related functionality may depend on the relevant ZestBook service being available and the property being enabled or listed for that functionality.
8. Website Updates
Properties can request reasonable updates to information on their ZestBook.site website. Update requests may be reviewed before publication. The time required depends on the nature of the request and the information provided.
Requests that amount to redesign, custom development, advanced integrations, substantial structural changes or capabilities outside the free website scope may require a Premium service rather than a standard free update.
10. Third-Party Services & Links
A property website may use or link to third-party services such as WhatsApp, maps, domain providers, hosting infrastructure, analytics, payment or booking services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
ZestBook.site is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, content, policies or changes of third-party services that are outside our control.
11. Service Availability & Changes
We aim to keep ZestBook.site and property websites available and useful, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, technical issues, security events, internet infrastructure, third-party dependencies or other circumstances may temporarily affect access.
We may improve, modify, replace or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary. Where a material change directly affects an active property website, we will aim to handle it reasonably in the context of the service.
12. Acceptable Use
You must not use ZestBook.site or a property website to impersonate another property, distribute malicious code, conduct fraud, violate intellectual-property rights, publish unlawful material, interfere with platform security, or misuse the service in a way that harms guests, properties, ZestBook.site or third parties.
We may restrict or suspend use where necessary to investigate abuse, protect the platform, comply with law or prevent harm.
13. Intellectual Property
The ZestBook name, ZestBook.site branding, platform design system, software, service materials and other original platform elements remain the property of their respective owner, including Rablik Private Limited where applicable.
Property owners retain their rights in original property content they lawfully provide. Permission to use that content is limited to what is reasonably required to provide and operate the requested services, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
14. Accuracy, Decisions & Disclaimers
We rely on property information supplied by property representatives and do not independently guarantee every factual statement shown on a property website. Guests should confirm important booking, policy, amenity and stay details through the appropriate booking or property contact channel where necessary.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee specific traffic, search-engine rankings, enquiries, bookings, revenue or commercial results from having a ZestBook.site website.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rablik Private Limited and ZestBook.site will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service, loss of access, third-party services, inaccurate property-supplied information or business outcomes.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
16. Suspension & Termination
A property may contact us if it no longer wishes to use its ZestBook.site website. We may also suspend or discontinue a website for material breach of these Terms, unlawful or misleading use, security concerns, inability to verify authority, prolonged service issues or other reasonable operational grounds.
Where appropriate, we will attempt to communicate before a non-urgent suspension or discontinuation, but immediate action may be taken when needed for security, legal compliance or prevention of harm.
17. Privacy
Our collection and handling of personal information is described in the ZestBook.site Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described there, including information submitted through forms or WhatsApp and information needed to operate property websites.
18. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute should first be raised with us so the parties can attempt to resolve it in good faith.
Subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer protections, disputes relating to these Terms or ZestBook.site services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chhattisgarh, India.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our services, operational practices or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date where appropriate.
Continued use of the service after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
